Diem UK has developed two single family residential houses in Bath area. Both residential buildings are dated back 19th and early 20th century. They required renovation and extension. In colloboration with Tom Burnford Architects Diem UK involved with technical design developments on masonary framed buildings. Though it has masonary frames , interiors were divided with wood frame structures.

Technical design package contained floor plans, wall plans, roof plans, foundation plans, electrical plans, sections, elevations, stairs, enlarged plans, 1/5 details, stair solutions and schedules.
